Fishician® respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
If you believe content on Fishician infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@fishician.app (subject line "DMCA Notice") including all of the following:
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the user who posted it, and record the action. Misrepresenting a claim can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Fishician may be found); and your signature. If the original claimant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
Fishician terminates the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
